Spring Grove Counseling & Wellness Center
Offers affirming suppport and a range of therapies for LGBTQ community and allies.  Finding an affirming therapist can be challenging – the following two visited the Jefferson City PFLAG meeting and specifically expressed their dedication to offering support to the LGBTQA community:

Monthly meetings are held on the first Thursday of every month
PFLAG Columbia/Mid-Missouri Chapter is now meeting in a new location:
Missouri United Methodist Church
Room 302, from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m.

PFLAG is non-sectarian, non-denominational and is not affiliated with any religious institution. see policies.

OUR MISSION:
Parents, Families and Friends of Lesbians and Gays (PFLAG)
promotes the health and well being of gay, lesbian, bisexual,
and transgendered persons, their families, and their friends through:

SUPPORT to cope with an adverse society.
EDUCATION  to enlighten an ill-informed public.
ADVOCACY to end discrimination and secure equal civil rights.

PFLAG provides opportunity for dialogue about sexual orientation
and gender identity, and acts to create a society that is healthy and
respectful of human diversity.
